It’s important that it’s a fun & fuss free experience. I use all natural light - so kids can run around outside and keep moving, or show me their favourite book & we can chill at home for some photos too. My style is natural and fun. I am about the genuine smiles, the silly faces you pull and connections with each other. Its not all grinning at me (although that’s allowed too) I wanna see & celebrate your kids personalities. Let them show me their favourite thing to do; dancing, painting, music, scooting super fast or how high they can jump on the trampoline! I love that I get to walk into your family home & how quickly kids are treating me like I am their funny & distant aunt and Mary Poppins powers kicks in!

Having been a drama teacher, ran children's parties & worked as a magician in Hamleys; I have the skills, knowhow & fairy dust to make most kids chat, relax and have a super fun time. I play lots of different games to keep them busy & smiling, we keep moving and changing it up - I don't expect them to keep smiling at me the whole time, I just love to create a space where they really feel happy and that joy then jumps out in to the pictures too!
Getting to see your bonds as a family, the love your kids have for each other, the connection of being in your own little world truly makes my heart sing - and when I see it unfold on the back of my camera I do all kinds of happy dances (sometimes inside and sometimes I can’t help but dance!) Let’s get some cracking photos so you can see all that love too.

Pricing & PACKAGES
Family Shoots - How it all Works...
With all packages you will receive:
NO TIME PRESSURE
Family shoots typically last 1.5-2.5 hours. I would rather get to know your children, make sure they are having fun & are relaxed with me if they are a little camera shy. We can get a mixture of the children on their own, with siblings, each parent & together as a family. Often super gorgeous light happens later in the day. If your children are a little older and you think with some of my magic and some snacks we could keep them up & awake a couple hours before sunset can be the best light for photos.
A DATE THAT WORKS FOR YOU & YOUR FAMILY
There is no right age for taking photos - different ages will capture a different time in your little ones life & all are equally important. My weekends are often booked up with weddings so some mid-week slots are easier to find. I offer some Sunday family shoot slots but get in touch as soon as you can so we can find a date that works for us all.
A RELAXED NATTER ABOUT YOUR SHOOT
Call me & lets have a talk about how the shoot will work, what time of day will be best & where you would like the shoot to be.
Help choosing the best LOCATIONS
You have a few choices of the look of your shoot: you can just use the natural light and backdrop of your family home/ kids rooms.
You can take the family for a walk to the local park or favourite family spot and get some shots of the family outside.
You can plan a family day out. We could go to the beach, a fun fair, a cake shop and I can share part of the day with you and get some fab shots as we go.
YOUR Choice of PHOTOS
Within 10 working days I will send you a link to the fully edited set of images. You can then choose which package you would like to go for.
You will get the images on a easy to share download link - And will be able to download the images full size (ready to print) and web size (ready for social media/email)
ME AS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER
With over 13 years of photographing people, I am told I am pretty good at it ;) I can help you find the best locations in your local area, and I am happy to assist you with the details of the shoot so that you get the shots you are really after. I am a fountain of photography knowledge so feel free to pick my brains. When I arrive and you have your family around you, you can really relax and just ENJOY the ride!

HEADS UP! FAMILY VIDEOS COMING SOON!
As well as taking photos to make your heart burst I am soon going to start offering making FAMILY VIDEOS you will get to love forever! There will be two options to either have:
1. A full family video (3-4 mins) with voices of your kids recorded and added over footage. The video will take priority on your shoot and we will do just a mini shoot photo selection (20 images included)
2. A mini family video of (30seconds-1min) of little clips from your shoot with no audio to be mashed together as a memory of your shoot. Photos instead will take priority and you will get a full shoot selection to choose from.

This shoot fee is payable when you book your shoot & confirms your booking.
Within 10 working days of your shoot I will send you a viewing link so you can see your full set of edited images. You can then choose a photography package to receive a download link of your fully edited images. The packages are priced as follows:
