I am a true believer in making sure you know what a full shoot may look like. With newborn shoots you really have to follow the babies lead, give them time to feed, be cuddled & have nappy changes. It takes time but it's so worth it! Here are some more newborn photos from each shoot

Knowing the exact date for when baby is going to arrive can be tricky. Try and get in touch around your 20 week scan - I will pop in your due date and a possible shoot date a week later newborn sleepy shoots work best at 6-10 days old. I will make sure I have some wiggle time in my diary in case baby rocks up early or is too comfy and comes a little late to the party!

Letting someone come into your home in the first few days of having a baby is a big decision. I get to hang out with you & your new baby sometimes before some of your family & best friends have even met your little one.
But no need to worry. I started photographing professionally in 2007 and have lots of experience with photographing newborns. Over the years I have completed three in-person training days with highly experienced photographers in the Newborn Photography industry. It was super important to me that as well as knowing how to use the best light and positions for newborn photos I also knew how to move your baby safely throughout the shoot. We make sure the shoot is baby led, if your baby needs a nappy change, feed or just to be cuddled, it’s all good - We can take photos of this happening or simply take a break. No time restrictions.
