So, how do my packages work? 

With all packages you will receive:

A RELAXED NATTER ABOUT YOUR DAY

An initial online meeting with me to discuss all things wedding or if you're not too far away we can meet for a coffee instead.

PRE-WEDDING MEETING & PRE-WEDDING SHOOT

Included in all packages is the PRE WEDDING SHOOT. A little meeting to run through all details, meet up, explore your venue & have a chance for a practice shoot.

THIRTY Luxury PRINTS INCLUDED

Once you have had time to look through your USB you can then get in touch and order your thirty 9×6 professionally finished prints of your choice printed by a fab specialist print company in Scotland. 

SNEAKy PEEKS & Dedicated BLOG post

I love sharing some pictures super quick! You don’t want the first images of your wedding on social media to be someones naff iphone pic! So I aim to have a selection of sneak peeks up within a couple of days on my social media - and then a full blog of between 100-150 images edited and ready to show you within 2 weeks of your wedding so you can show off your lovely images as soon as you are back from honeymoon. These blog images are sent to you first on a slideshow before they are posted online and I will also send you a super easy to follow download & saving link so you can use these pics for printing/presents/thank you cards asap.

ALL EDITED IMAGES ON a USB stick

The full collection of images tend to be ready approximately 8-10 weeks after the wedding date and come on a little eco-friendly wooden USB with all of the high-resolution, fully edited, print ready images. Not watermarked nor protected – you can print and hand them out as often as you like! Make wallpaper if you so wish! The number of hours I am at your wedding will effect the number of images you get back but I always aim to provide at least 500+ images from every wedding. Lots of gorgeous happy images to make your heart happy! 

ME AS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER 

With over 16 years of shooting weddings I am told I am pretty good at it ;) I can help you find other suppliers like your band or makeup artist, I am happy to assist you with working out the timings for your day & what group shots you really need. I am a fountain of wedding knowledge so feel free to pick my brains. When you build a super team around you on the day and you know they are sorting everything you can really relax and just ENJOY the ride! 

so who will rock up at my wedding? 

When you book one photographer it will always be me. When you book two photographers you will book me and one of my trusty team. If you book two photographers, the second photographer will also try and attend the pre-wedding shoot so that you get to meet us both before your wedding day. Two photographers is not double the cost but does mean you get double coverage of the ceremony if we’re not allowed to move around and you could also get ladies & gents ‘getting ready’ shots.

ANYTHING ELSE YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW?

If you decided to go ahead and book - I would send you a contract and picture list - Contract says I promise to turn up with my cameras and you promise to look in love & get married! There are a few bits in the contract about posting pics on social media & cancellation policy but no hidden secret big words! 

Once you have booked, signed and sent your contract, you will pay a £200 deposit that holds me and the day. You pay the rest in two payments: 1) three months before your big day and 2) a month prior to the day.

As well as taking lots of fun & happy heart photographs - DID YOU KNOW I ALSO SHOOT HIGHLIGHT WEDDING VIDEOS! Yes you heard that right - Working on my own can provide you with a 4-5 minute highlight video as well as photography! Wanna know more?

I have indemnity insurance and public liability and if your venues requires to see these just shout and I can easily email them over.

You can add a VIDEO HIGHLIGHT PACKAGE to your photography package too. There is an additional fee of £800 to get a video too (this is only available if I am also shooting your wedding photography) It's a great way of watching back the day, set to music, showing lots of little clips - *No full audio/video of ceremony or speeches. Smashing video of all the best bits mashed up for your pleasure!



Albums, further prints & framed prints are also available, you can pre order these before the wedding, have friends and family buy gift vouchers towards an album, or make your decision on getting an album when the time is right way after the wedding. 

Only additional cost is for travel and accommodation if your wedding venue is more than 90 mins from where I live.
